A record-breaking number of 361 golden retrievers gathered in a sunny day in Scotland in order to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of a Golden Retriever. As such, in order to celebrate this occasion and for our pleasure, there was a gathering organized in Scotland at the Guisachan House. It is not an accident that such event was organized here, rather this is the ancestral home of the Golden Retriever.
People from all over the world that own Golden Retriever came to celebrate and brought their own dogs, and together they celebrated and took the most adorable pictures that one can ask for. The event was so unique and a success as a high number of people and dogs gathered, as such hoping that this will become an annual event of celebration.
This is a dream come true for all dog lovers and specially for those who own and love this breed. According to the history, the first Golden Retriever as an experimental breed was carried out by Dudley Coutts Marjoribanks in 1868. The Golden Retriever is a breed which came as a result of a mix between a golden spaniel and wavy-haired retriever, as such the puppy that we all adore to this day was born.
I believe that we all are happy for such a breed, as they are the friendliest and loving dogs one can ask for. I have yet to find a person who does not admire Golden Retrievers.
Let us hope that this will be an annual event and we can witness this cuteness more often!
